These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Trayabodh Tech website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Trayabodh Tech provides custom technology services including website development, web applications, mobile apps, SaaS products, APIs, and AI integration. Specific project deliverables, timelines, and costs will be outlined in a separate, agreed-upon Statement of Work (SOW) or quotation document.

2. Client Responsibilities

For us to deliver our services effectively, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for the project.
  • Review and provide feedback on deliverables in a timely manner.
  • Ensure you have the legal right to use any materials (images, text, logos) you provide to us.

3. Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be detailed in the project proposal. Standard projects typically require an initial deposit before work commences, with milestone payments tied to specific deliverables, and final payment required before deployment or handover of source code.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the intellectual property rights for the custom code and designs created specifically for your project will be transferred to you, unless otherwise stated in the project contract. Trayabodh Tech retains the right to use non-proprietary code snippets, libraries, and frameworks in future projects. We also retain the right to showcase the completed project in our portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) states otherwise.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Trayabodh Tech, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Jurisdiction for any disputes shall lie exclusively in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka .
